Who’s Actually on the WFCT 2026 Floor: The Operator Guide to Sponsors and Booth Gravity

Don’t collect pens—collect decisions

WFCT 2026 (Aug 27–29, Henry B. González Convention Center, with Aug 26 education) is stacked with returning and new sponsors. The public logo wall and Window Film Mag event coverage point to a floor that mixes film majors, PPF brands, software, tools, and specialty services.

Gravity brands (plan these booths first)

Film / PPF power

  • XPEL (+ architectural presence)
  • Eastman Performance Films (Ruby)
  • Madico, Geoshield, Avery Dennison
  • Solar Gard, Terminax (Diamond-tier energy in announcements)
  • United Auto Film, GSWF, Johnson, Rayno, Autobahn, Cosmo, and more still landing in Emerald/Topaz tiers

Software & workflow

  • Tint Wiz, Tekmetric, cutter/plotter-adjacent tools (morecuts, Fusion Tools, etc.)

Risk / growth services

  • TintingInsurance.com, marketing/ops vendors (Eye Magnet, Midwest Marketing, Detailing Growth)

Exact tiers shift as contracts close—verify on wfctevent.com the week you fly.

A one-day floor script

Morning: two film lines you might dual-source
Midday: one software or cutter decision you’ve delayed
Afternoon: insurance / CRM conversation that cuts admin drag
Evening: Hall of Fame / closing socials for distributor politics

Gossip to ignore vs gossip to test

Ignore: “Brand X is doomed.”
Test: “Brand Y is buying installer defaults with training + warranty + software.” Walk the booth with that question.

Bottom line

The 2026 floor is where materials, machines, and SaaS compete for the same installer relationship. Arrive with a buy list or you’ll leave with tote bags and no decisions.
